Functional place, fabulously friendly and excellent staff. Location very close to a decent restaurant for dinner and dining venues. Also, close to everything we want. Gorgeous breakfast at a local cafe which would be better value for all tastes;))

The air in the room was stuffy, making it hard to breathe. The balcony doors lacked screens, so I couldn't get fresh air in. Plus, the awful sewer smell just added to the nightmare-definitely not a pleasant stay!

The two bedroom suite's were huge and gave great options for our group. Facilities in the rooms were outstanding and of very high quality.
Some extra bag space in the bedroom would be helpful. The food kiosk is an unusual way of providing breakfast, although the arrangements with the neighbouring Atrium hotel provided a more conventional alternate.

The spacious studio was comfortable, providing a great base for exploring nearby landmarks like the Australian War Memorial and ANZAC Parade. While the staff were generally helpful, a missed wake-up call was disappointing.

The apartment’s decor and cleanliness were impressive, catering well to our needs with a 15-month-old. The location was prime for visiting nearby attractions like the Australian National Botanic Gardens and Chinatown. check-in was frustrating, and unexpected parking fees were disappointing. Despite this, the overall comfort made our family bonding moments enjoyable.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff
A pleasant three-night stay with a clean and quiet atmosphere. The front desk staff were really nice, offering assistance with cooking questions and even providing long-life milk for our coffee. I recommend checking out the nearby restaurant for gluten-free options!

The design of the room was modern and fresh as was the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. The covered balcony with table and chairs was a pleasant addition. It was great to have free undercover parking.
The addition of a restaurant for evening meals would be welcome.
